Payment / scope of payment

The prices listed in the WDP offers represent consoliodated prices in Germany including all price components such as taxes and costs for shipping (for standard delivery only excluding insurance). If the billing address is not in Germany, the sales tax currently levied in the billing country as well as shipping & delivery cost apply. Therefore, the gross prices can change after entering the billing address in the shopping cart.

In the case of payments, the buyer bears all additional costs, such as bank charges and transfer fees.

Shipping costs incurred for cross-border deliveries depend on the quantity and can be viewed on the “Shipping & Delivery” page. They are shown separately in the course of the ordering process and are to be paid to the seller.

In individual cases, you may also have to pay additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and / or duties (e.g. customs duties), but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there.

Payment methods

The customer can pay the total amount of the order as prepayment within five calendar days (by bank transfer directly to the seller) or via the payment service provider by instant transfer, by Apple, Ali-, or Giro-Pay or by credit card payment. The customer makes the payment in accordance with the stipulations as shown on the website at the time of the order in relation to the respective payment method. If the payment is processed by a payment service provider, its general terms and conditions also apply.

The total amount of  Order (purchase price plus taxes and, if applicable, other costs) is due upon conclusion of the contract and is to be paid in euros without any deduction (of bank charges, discounts, etc.). A set-off or a right of retention on the part of the buyer is excluded, unless the set-off or retention claim is undisputed or has been legally established.
