The selection of our wineries happened over the years on our numerous trips down under and is quite simple and pretty strait forward in its approach:

All these fine wineries are mostly family-run, with lots of love and dedication and have shown over the years a continuous obsession for top quality. Behind them all are winemakers who no longer have to prove anything to anyone. Their wines speak for themselves, year after year.

We have been able to establish a very personal relationship with these people through our numerous on-site visits, because we are absolutely convinced that in this people’s business the interaction of all factors, not only in the glass, but also in business and interpersonal relationships, has to be a perfect match.

Therefore, we consider it a real honor that the wineries listed here give us a small part of their small quantities in order to be able to present them to the local public. For us this is a magic moment: to share our convictions with other wine enthusiasts, to create enthusiasm and to prove the trust that has been placed in us.
