With the aim of making the most elegant Barossa Shiraz from the best vines (eligo from Latin: choosing the best), John Duval began to compose the Eligo in 2005 and hit the bull’s eye, especially with the 2016 vintage. The color a deep purple, in the nose aromas of blueberries, compote, the taste of cherries and dark fruits integrated into a great structure. The texture is full and creamy with lush tannins in fine balance.

And at the very end, an extremely elegant finish! WOW, no doubt, what a wine !!!
