Shipping
The standard shipping of goods to delivery addresses in Germany is free of charge, taking into account the permitted order quantities. The shipping costs to EU delivery addresses are € 3.50 per bottle based on the permitted order quantities.

The shipping costs to delivery addresses in European countries outside the EU are € 4.50 per bottle based on the permitted order quantities.

For delivery requests to other countries, we ask for prior request. For rules on any express delivery, see below.

Delivery

Delivery to the specified delivery address takes place with DHL as standard. Unless otherwise agreed (express delivery), standard delivery within Germany takes place within 5 working days of the conclusion of the contract (plus 5 working days for prepayment). The delivery times for deliveries to other EU countries are normally 5-10 working days (plus 5 working days for prepayment) after the conclusion of the contract.

Goods can also be ordered by UPS express delivery. Express delivery is charged at a flat rate of € 20 (for deliveries in Germany), € 30 (to EU countries) and € 40 (to European countries outside the EU) in addition to standard shipping. For express deliveries to countries outside Europe, please contact us.

We have no influence on customs formalities, so that longer delivery times may occur in individual countries / constellations.
